History
Nuestro centro nació hace 54 años, como un Jardín Infantil construido especialmente para los hijos e hijas de los trabajadores de la Universidad de Concepción. En ese entonces, se llamaba Centro de Observación del Desarrollo del Niño; además, era el lugar donde las alumnas de Educación Parvularia de la Universidad realizaban sus prácticas pedagógicas.
Con el curso de los años, el establecimiento fue creciendo y, en 1989, pasó a ser Jardín Infantil y Sala Cuna. Así, su cobertura se amplió a la comunidad y su nombre cambió al actual: Centro de Desarrollo Integral del Niño.
